Job Description: 

Job Summary

  • Lead and manage end-to-end mobile network deployment projects (2G/3G/4G/5G) from planning and execution to operational handover.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure site readiness, technical compliance, and achievement of rollout KPIs.
  • Support the modernization and expansion of nationwide mobile network infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities*

Project Planning & Deployment

  • Develop and maintain end-to-end project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for mobile network rollout.
  • Oversee site readiness, installation progress, testing activities, and handover milestones.

Cross-functional & Vendor Coordination

  • Lead collaboration between Sales, RAN, Transmission (TX), Civil Work teams, and external vendors to resolve bottlenecks and ensure seamless site integration.
  • Monitor vendor performance, validate technical deliverables, and enforce compliance with technical standards and HSSE requirements.

Risk, Issue & Change Management

  • Identify risks and operational issues early, propose mitigation plans, and manage change requests to maintain rollout timelines.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track rollout progress using dashboards and reports to ensure alignment with project KPIs, cost targets, and quality standards.

Stakeholder & Permit Management

  • Facilitate essential approvals and documentation, including TSSR (Technical Site Survey Report), site designs, local permits, and PAT/FAC acceptance certificates.

Quality Assurance & Handover

  • Ensure all deliverables meet required quality, safety, and documentation standards before handover to operations.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

Experience

  • 1–5 years of experience in mobile network deployment or related areas.

Certification / Technical Knowledge

  • Understanding of 3G, 4G, 5G mobile network systems.
  • Knowledge of UTRAN, Transmission links, and basic civil work is an advantage.
