Job Summary
To deliver IT solutions to serve business needs in payment, credit management, and dunning domains. Responsibilities include feasibility studies, detailed system impact analysis, solution design, requirement scoping with business users, business analysts, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders, requirement specification, test scoping, test case specification, test execution, data/system migration, transition to operation, and third-line support for services/applications in charge. Responsibilities also include vendor management, user management, project management, and risk management.
Job Responsibilities*
- Provide system impact, cost estimation, and implementation efforts for feasibility studies of new business requirements that relate to the applications in charge.
- Deliver IT solution design which is optimum in the given business context and in line with company’s security policy and IT architecture principles. The solution must also meet defined service KPI.
- Work with vendors and/or external developers to deliver products/solutions as per agreed scope, timeline, and quality. This includes requirement scoping, solution design, test scoping, testing, defect management, migration, deployment procedure validation, and transition to operation.
- Work with other project team members such as project manager, business analysts, business users, solution architects, and other application owners for joint delivery of end-to-end solution.
- In case there is impact on infrastructure e.g. need to expand system capacity, work with infrastructure team and vendor to deliver the required infrastructure. This includes giving input for system dimensioning, defining performance measurement & test approach, and tuning the system performance.
- Provide third-line support to operation team for incident investigation and problem solving.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or other related fields.
- At least 10-15 years’ experience in software development (design & implement) and system analysis. Experience in Telco billing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good knowledge in IT solution design, database design, coding, and new development trends e.g. microservices, DevOps, machine learning, RPA, open source, and big data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and creative.
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-changing environment.
- Possess a strong attitude of quality and customer centricity.
- Good command of English.
- Good vendor management.
