Job Summary

Leads the strategy, reliability, and secure delivery of enterprise and ISP‑scale internet infrastructure to achieve performance, security, and availability KPIs while ensuring resilience and regulatory compliance. Drives measurable outcomes through effective project execution, planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.

Job Responsibilities*

  • Infrastructure Planning & Governance: 
    • Plan and review services to ensure alignment with business objectives, availability, security, and compliance requirements.
    • Analyze capacity, risks, and improvement opportunities to support infrastructure operations
  • Technical Consultation & Stakeholder Coordination:
    • Provide technical consultation and recommendations to stakeholders on infrastructure design, system changes, and service improvement initiatives.
    • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align requirements, timelines, and implementation approaches
  • Risk, Security & Compliance Support:
    • Support security, risk assessment accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Review and ensure infrastructure planning considers security controls, audit requirements, and operational risks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or IT
  • Over 10 years of experience in service infrastructure, system administration, infrastructure operations
  • Strong knowledge of Linux, particularly DNS, Mail, and Web services.
  • Hands-on experience in DNS, mail, or OSS management, issue resolution.
  • Skilled in administering and supporting the systems and servers.
  • Capable of coding and scripting for system automation and operational efficiency (e.g., Shell/Bash, Python, or related languages).
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve system-level issues effectively.
