Job Summary

This role leads employee engagement campaigns aligned with corporate strategy, requiring strong business acumen and communication skills to drive employee commitment, participation, and advocacy. Responsibilities include translating complex business goals into clear messages, managing internal digital channels and content to enhance engagement and external impact, coordinating cross-functional initiatives with key stakeholders, delivering timely communications during crises and major company events, and ensuring platform reliability while using analytics to measure and improve communication effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities*

Strategic Communication & Employee Engagement 

  • Strategic Kick-off Townhall - Build pre-engagement, create themes, and execute tactics to launch strategies and ensure employees understand the company's direction. 
  • Quarterly Employee Townhall - Build pre-engagement, create themes, and execute tactics to launch strategies and ensure employees understand the company's direction 
  •  BU Townhall Strategy Cascading- Equip business units to effectively cascade strategic messages. 

Internal Digital Channels and Interactive Platform - ONE TRUE PAGE and Viva Engage 

  • Manage all content, updates, and activities to ensure effective employee engagement and serve as a reliable reference point. 

Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration 

  • EMCs Monthly Meeting - Organize and manage the monthly strategy-focused leadership sessions to ensure effective   communication and time management. 
  • Internal Stake Holders Communications - Design campaign message and activities to effectively engage and drive action to reach objectives 

Crisis & Initiative Communications 

  • Develop communication plans and messaging for critical company initiatives and crisis scenarios, ensuring employees are informed and aligned. 

Platform Reliability & Performance Analysis 

  • Ensure all comms platforms are fully functional and conduct surveys to measure effectiveness.  

Qualifications

  • Ability to develop and execute effective communication campaign strategy and execution plan in a simple, clear, and engaging manner. 
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex content for diverse audiences. 
  • Proven experience in managing projects from initiation to completion, with a strong focus on employee activation and engagement. 
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively. 
  • Ability to proactively initiate innovative ideas and drive them through to execution. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing digital communication platforms 
  • Excellent situational awareness and the ability to respond effectively under pressure. 
  • At least 5-8 years in internal communications, Advertising, Digital contents, Content creator or a related agency/corporate role, with a minimum of 2-3 years in Creative production house  
  • Related to the ‘technical qualifications’ as above 
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate complex projects, effectively guiding cross-functional teams from concept to completion. 
  • Possesses a creative mindset with the ability to adjust messaging and content to resonate with specific target audiences. 
  • Well-versed in current industry trends and digital communication practices, with the ability to translate insights into impactful communication strategies. 
  • Excels at performing under pressure with a resilient and positive approach. 
  • Fluent and proficient in professional writing.
