Job Summary
Driving the growth and commercial success of the insurance business by managing strategic partnerships, business performance, and product portfolio. The role owns end-to-end business planning, revenue performance, and P&L, while identifying growth opportunities, leading new business initiatives, and ensuring successful product development and go-to-market execution. Working closely with insurers, platform partners, and cross-functional teams, this role monitors market trends, analyzes business performance, and provides strategic recommendations to optimize commercial outcomes. The role also supports strategic initiatives across broader Digital Services portfolio to drive sustainable business growth.
Job Responsibilities*
- Own the end-to-end insurance business portfolio, including bundled insurance products, digital insurance platforms, and overall business performance.
- Take ownership of business P&L, revenue targets, forecasting, and commercial performance, developing action plans to achieve business objectives.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with insurers, brokers, platform vendors, and key internal stakeholders to drive sustainable business growth.
- Lead business planning and portfolio management, including executive reporting, KPI tracking, performance analysis, and identification of growth opportunities through market, competitor, and customer insights.
- Drive the development and enhancement of insurance products and digital platforms, overseeing the product lifecycle from business case and launch to post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful delivery of commercial initiatives while continuously improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities to support business strategy and innovation.
- Contribute to the growth of other Digital Services within the portfolio and support strategic initiatives across the broader business.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Insurance, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Management, Strategic Planning, Partnership Management, Product Management, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience managing business performance, revenue growth, or P&L accountability.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving end-to-end commercial execution.
- Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, FinTech, Digital Platforms, or related industries is highly preferred.
