Job Summary

Responsible for managing and driving the growth of smartphone value-added services, including device protection (Mobile Care), handset lending services (Device Financing), and Trade-in programs. The primary goal is to boost sales, enhance customer experience, and increase customer retention through innovative service offerings. This role encompasses developing and executing commercial strategies, driving go-to-market initiatives, optimizing business performance, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end customer experience.

Job Responsibilities*

  • Lead strategic projects from end to end: define the problem, analyze opportunities, develop solutions, and drive implementation.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders including finance, marketing, operations, and sales to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives. 
  • Manage and oversee budgets related to commercial activities, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal allocation of resource. 
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and business plans for new and existing services. 
  •  Analyze sales performance to measure marketing and campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor business performance and identify key opportunities for growth and optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Marketing, Science, Engineering etc.
  • More than 5 years, Experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Experience in the Product Marketing field is preferable with retails business or related working Telecommunication experience and retail management certifications preferred.
  • Strong Business development, communication skills and interpersonal skills, good logical ability. 
  • PowerPoint and presentation skills to explain the situation to stakeholders
  • Fluent English skills to work in an international company 
  • Strong ownership as an owner of the product category
  • Always find a better way to work efficiently and manage a schedule.
  • Good lead project E2E across-the-aboard conception and demonstrate leadership.
  • Communication skills to co-work with various stakeholders (HQ/dealers/Sales/Other Marketing team, etc.)
