Job Summary

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution and acts as a Strategic PMO Owner for Transformation 2.0 and other assigned enterprise strategic programs. The Specialist, Corporate Project Management Office is accountable for end-to-end delivery success, value realization, and measurable business outcomes of assigned strategic initiatives, including revenue growth, cost efficiency, customer experience improvement, and transformation KPIs.

The role owns program-level governance, cross-functional execution standards, delivery roadmap, dependency management, and decision orchestration across multiple workstreams and initiatives. It drives prioritization, trade-off decisions, execution approach, and resource alignment within the assigned program scope, while escalating only enterprise-level issues or decisions beyond delegated authority.

The position requires strong project/program management discipline, commercial understanding, and the ability to shape transformation execution across business and technology functions. The role works closely with senior stakeholders, workstream owners, N-2/N-3 leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic programs are delivered on time, within agreed scope, and with clear business impact.

Key covered functions include Business functions mainly consumer business, customer experience, B2B, Home connectivity and digital, as well as other cross-functional initiatives requiring enterprise-level governance discipline, outcome ownership, and continuous execution excellence.

Job Responsibilities*

  1. Strategic Program Ownership and Outcome Delivery:
    • Accountable for achieving business outcomes of assigned strategic initiatives under Transformation 2.0 and other enterprise programs, including revenue growth, cost efficiency, CX improvement, and transformation KPI achievement.
    • Own end-to-end delivery success and value realization at program level across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment between strategic intent, execution roadmap, milestones, resources, risks, and measurable outcomes.
    • Lead multiple strategic programs and drive cross-program dependency management, prioritization, and outcome delivery across business and technology functions.
    • Drive decision-making on prioritization, trade-offs, execution approach, and resource allocation within assigned initiatives, acting as decision authority for execution approach within the delegated program/workstream scope.
    • Resolve cross-functional issues and bottlenecks by engaging relevant stakeholders, making execution decisions within scope, and escalating only decisions that exceed delegated authority.
  2. Program Governance Ownership and PMO Framework:
    • Own and define the PMO framework, governance model, execution standards, dashboard, tools, and best practices for assigned strategic programs and enterprise initiatives.
    • Shape transformation execution approach across functions by setting clear governance cadence, decision forums, escalation principles, KPI tracking, and performance management mechanisms.
    • Ensure assigned programs have clear scope, success metrics, delivery milestones, business case linkage, and measurable value realization tracking.
    • Continuously analyze program performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive corrective actions to keep execution on track and business outcomes achievable.
    • Drive enterprise-level PMO capability and execution excellence by strengthening governance discipline, transparency, accountability, and cross-functional delivery standards.
  3. Strategic Stakeholder Management, Reporting and Communication:
    • Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior stakeholders, workstream owners, N-2/N-3 leaders, consultants, and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and delivery commitment.
    • Prepare executive-ready progress reports, dashboards, decision papers, and status updates highlighting delivery progress, risks, dependencies, trade-offs, required decisions, and business impact.
    • Facilitate leadership discussions and decision forums to ensure timely decisions, clear ownership, and effective prioritization across strategic initiatives.
    • Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and execution excellence across program teams, ensuring stakeholders understand progress, issues, decisions, and expected outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field; business-related or engineering are preferred
  • Minimum 5 years in project coordination/management, business operations, or a related field (Sales/Marketing/Business Development/Product Management/Finance)
  • Management consulting experience with complex project structure is a strong plus
  • Clear understanding of critical business functions in Telco on commercial/ customer experience/ brand and B2B is a strong plus
  • Experience working on cross-functional strategic initiatives and exposure to senior stakeholder engagement is an advantage
  • Background in the telecommunications, technology, or digital industry is preferred
  • PMP and/or Scrum Master certification is a strong plus
  • Track record of driving results and leading execution on cross-functional complex projects from project plans, tracking and communication
  • Able to handle multiple priorities, work independently, think strategically, and manage multiple issues under the pressure of conflicting constraints and limited resources
  • Critical thinker with strong analytical skills
  • Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required, knowledge of Project Management tools and data analytic preferred
