Job Description: 

Job Summary

Drive the design and evolution of the company’s channel strategy and channel mix portfolio to ensure effective go-to-market structure, balanced channel economics, and sustainable business growth. The role is responsible for defining medium- to long-term channel direction, optimizing channel footprint and positioning, and enabling the development of new and existing channels to support company ambition and commercial objectives. By integrating performance insights, competitive intelligence, and cross-channel data, this role provides strategic recommendations and decision support to CCXO and senior leadership, ensuring alignment across products, BUs, GEOs, and sales channels while minimizing inefficiencies and channel cannibalization.

 

Job Responsibilities*

Channel Strategy & Channel Mix Portfolio

  • Develop channel strategy: Design and own medium- to long-term channel strategy across all sales channels, translating company ambition into clear strategic directions and future channel landscape.
  • Define channel mix portfolio: Define and govern channel mix portfolio by product, balancing growth objectives, channel footprint, channel economics, and competitive positioning.
  • Communicate channel strategy & channel mix to related parties: Provide strategic guidance to BUs, channel owners, and commercial planning teams to ensure execution plans and GTM strategies are aligned with approved channel strategy and channel mix.

Channel Development & Business Model Design

  • Channel development: Identify, design, and develop new channels to support business growth, ensuring clear channel roles, value propositions, and differentiation from existing channels.
  • Channel Business Model: Define channel business models and profitability logic to ensure sustainable growth, including revenue drivers, cost structures, and incentive mechanisms.
  • Channel E2E management: Establish end-to-end channel management frameworks, working with channel owners, system teams, and commission teams to ensure readiness across processes, systems, and governance for new or evolving channels.

 

Channel Analysis: Channel Footprint, Performance & Competitive Intelligence

  • Channel Footprint Analysis: Define and optimize channel footprint to ensure effective customer coverage, balanced channel economics, and minimized cannibalization or inefficiencies across channels in alignment with company growth and profitability objectives.
  • Channel competitive intelligence analysis: Lead channel performance analysis, sales trend monitoring, and competitive intelligence across markets and products to identify risks, opportunities, and structural gaps.
  • Integrate Data for CCXO: Integrate sales, service, and channel-related data from data warehouse and MIS systems to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations for CCXO and senior management decision-making.

 

 

Qualifications

Master / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related business degree

At least 6-8 years of work experiences

 
  • Strong analytical and financial analysis skills
  • Experience in business modeling, P&L development, channel footprint analysis, channel performance analysis
  • Comfortable working with data and numbers
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, both in English & Thai
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Driven, self-motivated, and takes ownership to achieve results
  • Able to work under time constraints and prioritize work assignment effectively
  • Good in English language
