Job Summary
Lead and govern the delivery of strategic enterprise AI transformation programs across the organization, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, value realization targets, risk management requirements, and operational readiness. Drive cross-functional collaboration among business units, technology teams, and external partners to accelerate AI adoption and business transformation while ensuring effective governance, resource utilization, and sustainable business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities*
- Lead assigned AI projects from business case, requirements and solution roadmap through build, testing, rollout, adoption, operational handover and closure to achieve approved value, schedule, quality and risk outcomes.
- Establish and oversee program governance frameworks covering prioritization, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, dependency tracking, benefits realization, and executive reporting for enterprise AI initiatives.
- Partner with C-level executives, business leaders, technology teams, and control functions to align priorities, resolve escalated issues, secure decisions, and ensure successful execution of AI transformation programs.
- Provide leadership to cross-functional delivery teams, project managers, vendors, and technology partners to ensure program milestones, quality standards, timelines, and operational readiness requirements are achieved.
- Manage strategic relationships with technology vendors, consulting firms, system integrators, and AI partners, ensuring delivery excellence, commercial effectiveness, knowledge transfer, and capability development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in program management, digital transformation, technology delivery, or business transformation.
- At least 5-8 years in leadership roles managing large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong track record of managing executive stakeholders, vendors, and multi-functional delivery teams.
- Experience in telecommunications, technology, digital services, or large enterprise environments is preferred.
