Job Summary

This role serves as a pivotal leader and owner of driving AI-driven transformation across the Accounting Division, covering end-to-end process design, implementation, and scaling of solutions, transforming the function into a digital, value-generating organization. The role is accountable for integrating accounting standards, digital capabilities, and system architecture to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of accounting operations at the organizational level, while leading AI-enabled accounting solutions across all sub-functions. 

 

The role also spearheads technical accounting excellence to ensure the robust adoption of new accounting standards and the accurate resolution of complex accounting matters in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, supported by end-to-end cross-functional execution. Acting as a key authority partnering with CFO, BU Heads, IT, and external partners, the role defines and drives the accounting transformation roadmap and ensures delivery of business outcomes. Ultimately, the role delivers AI-driven insights and enables True Group to evolve into an intelligent, future-ready finance function. 

Job Responsibilities*

AI Transformation & Digital Innovation  

  • Own and lead the end-to-end adoption of AI, automation, and advanced technologies to transform the Accounting Division into a data-driven, intelligent, and value-generating function. Define and drive the AI transformation strategy and roadmap, including the design and deployment of scalable digital solutions that enhance efficiency, strengthen decision-making, and future-proof operations. 
    Accountable for ensuring delivery of business, financial, and operational outcomes from AI initiatives, while orchestrating seamless collaboration with IT, Tax, Legal, and Business Units to drive execution and achieve high-impact results. 

Accounting Standards & E2E processes Execution 

  • Own and govern the integration of accounting standards into end-to-end (E2E) business processes, ensuring robust compliance, accuracy, and alignment with automated business processes. 
  • Accountable for the integrity, accuracy, and audit readiness of accounting processes enabled through systems and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. 

Qualifications

  • 10 - 15 years of working experience at minimum 
  • Bachelor’s degree or above 
  • Possesses advanced capabilities in AI-driven transformation and system implementation, including expertise in ERP modernization and the integration of emerging digital solutions, with a proven ability to deliver scalable, future-ready solutions. 
  • Demonstrates deep expertise in accounting principles, combined with extensive hands-on experience across end-to-end (E2E) business processes, with the ability to translate technical knowledge into enterprise-wide value creation and execution. 
  • Exhibits an exceptional innovation mindset, complemented by a “can-do” attitude, strong analytical skills, and a professional level of skepticism to challenge conventional practices and elevate standards. 
  • Demonstrates outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership skills, with a proven ability to successfully deliver complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives. 
  • Possesses a strong command of English (written and spoken), enabling effective communication and presentations in a global environment, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
