Job Summary

Responsible for developing and managing the Digital Retail & Distribution Platform to enhance user experience and business effectiveness, working closely with business and IT teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and manage the platform lifecycle. This includes leveraging AI and machine learning capabilities to drive automation, and data-driven decision-making across the platform. The role also leads product and project development including system configuration, AI tool integration, and rollout across channels, while continuously identifying opportunities to apply AI solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Job Responsibilities*

  1. Explore and evaluate emerging AI technologies and tools to enhance platform capabilities, including Sales tools, internal systems, Kiosk, Queue, VDO Call, eDMS, and other channels.
  2. Assess business needs, user goals, and AI readiness to identify opportunities where AI solutions can drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Develop storyboards, scenarios, wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and use cases to deliver intuitive and AI-enhanced user interfaces.
  4. Gather user requirements and translate them into business and AI solution requirements for sales enablement tools and supporting systems.
  5. Coordinate with IT teams for AI solution assessment, development, integration, and testing.
  6. Manage platform lifecycle to sustain effectiveness, adoption, and continuous improvement through AI-driven insights.
  7. Lead product and AI project development, configuration, and rollout across channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital & AI Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5–8 years of experience in AI platform development, digital product management, or related fields, with hands-on experience in AI solution design, requirement gathering, working with IT teams, and supporting system rollout across channels.
  • Project Management or Product-related certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum, Agile, or equivalent) is an advantage. Relevant AI, Machine Learning, or Digital Technology certifications (e.g., Microsoft AI, Google Cloud AI, AWS AI/ML, or equivalent) will be a plus.
  • Proficient in English with confident communication skills in native-speaker environments.
  • Strong understanding of AI platforms, user experience, and system development processes.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, frameworks, and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Google AI, or equivalent).
  • Able to identify areas where AI-driven automation can reduce manual workload and improve operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered sales enablement tools, supporting systems, and digital retail solutions (e.g., kiosks, queue management, VDO call, DMS).
  • Ability to evaluate and assess AI use cases, define AI solution requirements, and manage AI project lifecycles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirement analysis skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Good coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple AI and digital projects simultaneously while working collaboratively with business and IT teams.
