Job Summary

Lead Connectivity Solution & Service Delivery of International Gateway to meet customer requirements and control to deliver service within customer requirements.

Job Responsibilities*

  • Ensure all delivered services comply with global standards and quality requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate all internal teams to support smooth end-to-end service delivery.
  • Collaborate with partners to prepare and deliver solutions from planning to execution.Hand over completed projects to customers, ensuring seamless transition and alignment with delivery objectives.
  • Support the Connectivity Solutions team in Proof-of-Concept (POC) initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary interface with customer project managers; conduct site visits and foster collaboration to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
  • Support Sales in proposing suitable solutions across the product portfolio to drive revenue growth.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the sales pipeline.
  • Work with Corporate Product, Project Management, Technology Group, vendors, and related parties to provide project cost estimates and technical proposals that meet customer requirements.
  • Estimate project timelines with working teams to ensure services are delivered within customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Technology Group and relevant stakeholders to manage International Gateway operations, ensuring the highest service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • More than 10 years of experience in telecommunications, engineering, or related industries with a strong track record of success.
  • Experience in selling telecom solutions, including IoT and digital products.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.Strong leadership, strategic thinking, business acumen, analytical capability, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in team and people management.Demonstrates a growth mindset, high drive, and agility in a dynamic environment.
