Job Summary

This role will support the development and promotion of a strong safety culture across our organization and focus on building organizational safety awareness and driving continuous improvement of safety culture initiatives, while partnering with Business Unit (BU) leaders to gain operational insights and develop long-term safety plans that address key risks and challenges.

Job Responsibilities*

Safety Culture Promotion

• Support the development and execution of Safety Culture Strategies and Programs across all Bus
• Develop communication materials and campaigns to promote safety values and behaviors.
• Work with internal stakeholders and BU leaders to align culture initiatives with their operational priorities and corporate safety goals.

Safety Management & Risk Governance

• Plan and execute ISO 45001 audit preparations and follow-up actions, covering both internal audits and external certification reviews, with regular management reporting.
• Support compliance with Thai safety laws across all sites, coordinate on inspections, and help BUs apply ISO 45001 in practical ways.

Safety Awareness & Events

• Organize and support Safety Day, Emergency Response Drills, and other awareness events.
• Develop engaging content for safety newsletters, posters, and digital platforms.

Training & Assessment Support

• Build and maintain relationships with BU leaders to understand their operations and priorities, and use insights to develop safety assessments and long-term plans according to the BU risks
• Collaborate with training teams to enhance post-training assessments and feedback mechanisms.
• Analyse training effectiveness and propose improvements based on data analysis.

Presentation & Reporting

• Prepare high-impact PowerPoint presentations for internal and external safety meetings.
• Analyze safety KPIs and data and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations from BU-level findings to support departmental safety strategies and planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, Communications, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in safety, training, or internal communications
• Familiarity with ISO 45001, emergency response planning, or telecom operations is a plus.
• Strong skills in PowerPoint design, data analysis (Excel, Power BI), and visual storytelling.
• Good communication skills in Thai and English.
• Passion for promoting safety and influencing positive behavior.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
