Job Summary

The Senior Associate, Business Telesales Partner Management supports the growth of B2B telesales performance by working closely with external partners to drive revenue and meet business targets. This role focuses on supporting partner relationships, monitoring performance, and ensuring day‑to‑day alignment with company objectives. It requires effective coordination with internal teams to enhance sales productivity, streamline operational processes, and maintain a strong customer experience.

Job Responsibilities*

Partner Management and Strategy Support

  • Support the development and maintenance of strong working relationships with telesales partners and BPO providers.
  • Assist in aligning partner activities with business goals through coordination, planning, and monitoring of contractual and performance requirements.

Sales Performance and Revenue Growth Execution

  • Support partner sales activities for core connectivity and business solutions by tracking performance, analyzing key metrics, and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to initiatives that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention through partner channels.

Operational Excellence and Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Monitor partner operational processes to ensure compliance, efficiency, and service quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
  • 5+ years of experience in telesales, partner management, or B2B sales, with strong experience collaborating with external partners and BPOs in telecom or technology sectors.
  • Strong partner management, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills with a proven ability to support revenue growth.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems to interpret performance data and drive improvements.
  • Strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving capabilities aligned with achieving business goals.
