Job Summary
Sells technical products, services, installations, and configurations to assigned customer for specific technical product and/or application of product. Provides technical interface between customer and company engineering, manufacturing and program management representatives. Researches customer technical specifications and requirements with current or potential technical specifications of company products. Prepares and conducts technical sales briefings for customer and company representatives. Develops potential technical specifications, pricing considerations and contract requirements. Prepares sales forecasts. Investigates new applications or improvements to products with customers.
Job Responsibilities*
Develop strategic plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly individual targets, ensuring consistent and sustainable performance delivery.
Drive strategic account performance with full end‑to‑end ownership, delivering service excellence, strengthening relationships, and protecting base revenue. Leverage both industry‑specific solutions (e.g., retail, industrial sectors) and horizontal product knowledge, including AI technologies and marketing technology, to build a consistent pipeline and support revenue growth.
Expand coverage within the assigned area by developing strategic partnerships with local government organizations and system integrators, supported by strong geographic and demographic understanding.
Build deep insight into key clients’ needs and pain points across market segments, with the ability to create customer demand, protect existing revenue, and apply strong project‑management capabilities to drive continuous revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management.
- Strong applicability and ability to adapt to various business environments.
- Tech‑savvy with experience managing large and complex projects.
