Job Summary
Drive postpaid revenue growth and profitability by defining and executing pricing and performance strategies that balance commercial ambition, customer value, and competitive positioning. Orchestrate revenue levers across pricing, promotions, portfolio mix, and lifecycle management, while acting as the strategic bridge between the Postpaid business and executive leadership to shape short- and long-term revenue direction.
Job Responsibilities*
Postpaid B2C Strategy
- Bottom-up planning for monthly and quarterly revenue for C-level weekly updates
- Bottom-up forecasting for quarter target setting
- Crafting performance story for C-level presentation; to ensure complete understand of management towards Postpaid business situation.
- Propose change in business strategy to accelerate revenue growth and investment monetization e.g. capturing non-bundled device buyer segment with new device proposition and tranforming sim only proposition with lifestyle embeded.
Pricing Sim only and Device bundling
- Leading Pricing team on evaluating financial feasability of sim only initiatives and optimize to deliver company minimum margin.
- Initiate new revenue generation model on-top of BAU activties.
- Identifying revenue & profit optimization opportunity area for device bundling; minimizing area to minimize bad debt and involuntary churn from low device sales quality.
Pricing for Acquisition, Base Management and Retention
- Brainstorimg performance gap closing initatives
- Drive key initiatives or mitation plan to close gap
- Optimize team resources on the right focus at the right time
Performance report and analysis
- Developing performance reporting readiness for Postpaid B2C team and aligned with related channels as mutual target
- Developing customized analysis
Qualifications
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing
Experience
- At least 7-10 years experiences in Revenue management and Customer Insights. Experience in Data Science and Database management are plus.
Skill and Knowledge
- Analytical mind with problem solving attitude.
- Comfortable working with data and numbers.
- Strong presentation skill; able to translate complicated information into short and crips C-level presentation.
- Able to develop revenue modeling for new initiative.
- Good communication in English.
