Job Summary
Lead strategic growth and marketing initiatives for the Migrant, Tourist, and Student segments to drive sustainable revenue, protect market share, and maximize customer lifetime value. This includes developing targeted campaigns, analyzing segment behavior and market trends, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders such as TAT, AOT, and NBTC to ensure effective go-to-market execution, regulatory alignment, and new partnership opportunities.
Job Responsibilities*
- Develop and execute medium- to long-term business plans and strategies for Migrant, Tourist, and Student segments, ensuring effective acquisition and retention to drive sustainable growth.
- Drive topline growth by ensuring seamless go-to-market execution across Regional Sales, Branded Shops, distribution channels, and MarCom campaigns, aligning all stakeholders toward shared revenue objectives.
- Gather and analyze market, competitor, and customer insights to design differentiated propositions and service portfolios that achieve both market share expansion and revenue targets.
- Strengthen the visibility and brand positioning of Migrant, Tourist, and Student segments by partnering with Branding and MarCom teams to deliver impactful, integrated campaigns.
- Build and manage high-value relationships with external stakeholders including TAT, AOT, NBTC, universities, embassies, and ecosystem partners to unlock new opportunities and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, IT, regulatory, finance, and geo teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on-time-in-full (OTIF) with measurable business impact.
- Coach, develop, and inspire direct reports to build a high-performance culture, enhancing capability and ensuring smooth execution of business priorities.
- Review team and cross-functional performance, resolve challenges, and ensure consistent delivery of agreed business targets and outcomes.
- Manage and optimize Sales & Marketing and Commission budgets with strict tracking, control, and ROI evaluation to maximize efficiency and financial discipline.

- Master’s degree in business administration, sciences, or engineering

- 15+ years’ experience in marketing or product management with 10+ years’ experience leading a team and 5+ years’ experience in Telecom.
