Job Summary
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies that drive brand towards achieving corporate visions and enhance all facets of brand and marketing communications, ensuring the long-term success and growth of company.
Job Responsibilities*
- Corporate Brand Strategy Development and Supervision: Develop comprehensive corporate brand strategies that drive brand towards achieving the overarching visions and goals of company. Support Corporate Brand Management Team and Creative Team on brand identities and guidelines development, assuring the alignment with the brand strategies.
- Brand and Mkt Communication Strategy Development: Support business units in facilitating workshops or organize ideation sessions to finalize communication brief. Develop strategies/co-develop strategies with Lead Teams to enhance all facets of the brand and commercial communications, and ensure consistent communication across all touchpoints.
- Brand Analysis and Monitoring: Conduct research or collaborate with Research Team to evaluate brand opportunities and challenges. Regularly monitor brand and marketing communication performance to measure the effectiveness and necessity to evolve the strategy.
- Brand Innovation: Identify and explore opportunities for brand innovation and evolution. Keep up with market trends, consumer preferences, and emerging technologies to drive continuous brand improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree graduated with specialization in Marketing, Marketing Communication, Mass Communication, Communication Arts or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience as a brand strategist/communication strategist. Experience in any related telecom/technology/digital/creative/brand working fields will be a plus i.e. branding agency, creative agency, digital agency, tech company, e-commerce, etc.
- Project planning, management, and measurement capability. Taking ownership from the start to the finish.
- Ability to multi-task across a range of different projects with a great sense of urgency.
- Creative with positive attitude & Initiative with unique ideas.
- Ability to operate independently as well as work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Social media, content or tech marketing savvy.
- Proficiency in English, with strong communication & writing skills.
