Job Summary

The purpose of a Senior Leader, Regional Network Rollout Management and Filed Operation is to oversee the deployment, implementation, and ongoing management of both online services and mobile network projects. This role ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

Job Responsibilities*

Project Delivery: Ensure that all online and mobile projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards


Resource Management: Efficiently manage internal and external resources, including teams, equipment, and materials


Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality for all deliverables, ensuring they meet project specifications and stakeholder expectations


Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly


Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle to ensure a smooth transition to the live environmen


Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of project teams and subcontractors, ensuring they meet project objectives and KPIs


Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices


Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in online and mobile operations and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
  • Project Management: Proven experience in managing online and mobile network projects
  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in mobile and online technologies, including network infrastructure and digital platforms
  • Operational Management: Experience in overseeing operations, managing teams, and coordinating resources
  • Project Management Certification: Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) can be beneficial
  • Technical Certifications: Certifications in relevant technologies or platforms (e.g., Cisco, Huawei, Nokia, ECT and ZTE) can enhance qualifications
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize operations
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and manage teams effectively 
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues promptly 
  • Leadership: Effective leadership skills to guide and motivate teams 
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
