Job Summary

Own and scale TrueID’s Social Commerce business as a core revenue engine, transforming content and traffic into measurable transactions across the CP ecosystem.

 

This role is responsible for building and operating a full-funnel commerce model—from demand generation (content and creators) to conversion (shoppable video and live commerce) and fulfillment—while driving sustainable GMV growth and repeat user behavior.

 

The Social Commerce Lead acts as a business owner, integrating content, media, product, and operations into a scalable, performance-driven commerce ecosystem

Job Responsibilities*

1. Business Ownership

  • Own end-to-end Social Commerce P&L, including GMV, revenue, and cost efficiency
  • Define and execute growth strategy to scale commerce contribution within TrueID

2. Commerce Engine Development

  • Build and scale a creator-led commerce ecosystem (UGC, KOLs, sellers)
  • Drive adoption of short-form video and live commerce as core conversion channels
  • Develop repeatable content-to-commerce playbooks to sustain demand

3. Conversion & Performance Optimization

  • Optimize full funnel performance (traffic ‚Üí engagement ‚Üí conversion ‚Üí retention)
  • Improve MAU-to-buyer conversion and increase purchase frequency
  • Leverage data to continuously refine content, targeting, and offers

 

Qualifications

8-10 years in social commerce, e-commerce, or creator commerce

 

  • Social commerce and creator ecosystem management
  • Conversion funnel optimization and performance analytics
  • Live commerce and short-form video operation and monetization
  • Commercial strategy (pricing, promotions, assortment)
