Job Summary

The "B2B Partnerships Lead" serves as the senior-level executive engagement and principal commercial dealmaker directly driving True B2B’s strategic mandate to accelerate non-telco revenue ambition. This individual contributor bridges global technology innovators, domestic system integrators, and Thai enterprise clients by originating, structuring, negotiating, and activating high-yield commercial alliances with leading Cloud, Frontier AI, and Enterprise SaaS providers and startups. The role fully owns the front-end transaction lifecycle before leading market entry and executing a structured operational handover.

Job Responsibilities*

  • Source and prioritize partners: Identify high-potential global, regional, local technology partners and build partnership theses and business cases covering customer demand, revenue and gross-profi t potential, investment, risk and speed to market. Prioritizing high-yield partnerships opportunities that expand True B2B's non-telco portfolio.
  • Executive Partnership & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain trusted senior-level relationships across strategic partners and True B2B, proactively aligning expectations, resolving issues, and continuously expanding mutually benefi cial partnership opportunities.
  • Complex Deal Structuring: Architect sophisticated, multi-party commercial frameworks including Master Reseller, tiered margin schedules, minimum volume commitments, co-investment pools, and technical engineering resources.
  • High-Stakes Contract Negotiation & Alignment: Personally leads commercial negotiations, while orchestrating internal cross-functional alignment across Legal, Procurement, Commercial Pricing, Product, and others to ensure high deal velocity.
  • Market Activation, Co-GTM & Handover: Drive commercial readiness through joint PR, co-marketing campaigns, pricing catalog integration, and securing the fi rst cohort of enterprise customers before transitioning day-to-day operational P&L.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology or related fields
  • 10+ Years of Business Development/ Channel Development/ Partnerships Experience: Background in strategic technology partnerships, complex commercial deal-making, corporate business development, or enterprise tech GTM leadership.
  • End-to-end deal ownership: Proven ownership of complex B2B technology partnerships from origination and business-case development through negotiation, signing, activation and handover.
  • Proven Deal-Closing Track Record: Verifiable track record of personally leading, structuring, and closing multi-party, high-value commercial technology agreements from opportunity identifi cation through executed contract.
  • Commercial Technology Fluency: Strong commercial literacy across Cloud architectures, Generative AI models/APIs, SaaS licensing economics, cybersecurity stacks, and data platform integration to engage credibly.
  • Mastery of Enterprise Deal Economics: Deep fi nancial acumen spanning gross margin waterfalls, recurring SaaS revenue models, customer lifetime value, customer acquisition costs, volume rebate ladders, and commercial risk distribution.
  • Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
