Job Summary

Drive the design and evolution of the company’s channel strategy and channel mix portfolio to ensure effective go-to-market structure, balanced channel economics, and sustainable business growth. The role is responsible for defining medium- to long-term channel direction, optimizing channel footprint and positioning, and enabling the development of new and existing channels to support company ambition and commercial objectives. By integrating performance insights, competitive intelligence, and cross-channel data, this role provides strategic recommendations and decision support to CCXO and senior leadership, ensuring alignment across products, BUs, GEOs, and sales channels while minimizing inefficiencies and channel cannibalization. |
