Job Summary

Drive CCXO strategic execution by translating executive priorities into structured governance frameworks, enterprise-level KPIs, and end-to-end execution roadmaps while ensuring delivery discipline across scope, timeline, budget, and dependencies. Own CCXO strategic portfolio management and oversee cross-BU and cross-company strategic initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver measurable business outcomes aligned with corporate objectives (e.g., joint or ecosystem programs such as True–partner initiatives).

Act as a central execution and governance anchor across BUs, GEOs, channels, and operations by proactively identifying execution risks, resolving cross-functional and inter-organizational dependencies, and driving corrective actions to maintain delivery integrity. Serve as a strategic partner to CCXO executives in orchestrating executive decision forums, performance governance, KPI tracking, and enterprise-level alignment, ensuring strategic initiatives are translated into actionable plans, clearly assigned ownership, and executed with consistency, transparency, and accountability across the organization and partner ecosystems.

 

Job Responsibilities*

CCXO Strategic Portfolio Governance & Execution

  • Design and own CCXO strategic portfolio governance, including strategic roadmap definition, KPI architecture, execution cadence, and performance review mechanisms.
  • Translate CCXO strategic priorities into structured execution frameworks, clear objectives, KPIs, milestones, and ownership models across BUs, GEOs, and channels.
  • Monitor execution progress and KPI performance against agreed frameworks, proactively identify delivery risks or performance gaps, and escalate actionable insights, corrective recommendations, and unresolved structural issues to CCXO executives.
  • Drive corrective actions by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to resolve prioritization conflicts, dependency gaps, or execution bottlenecks impacting CCXO outcomes.
  • Oversee scope, timeline, and budget alignment across CCXO strategic initiatives, ensuring execution plans remain feasible, prioritized, and aligned with approved resource and investment parameters.

Qualifications

Master / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related business degree.

At least 6-8 years of work experiences

  • Strong analytical and financial analysis skills
  • Experience in PMO, E2E meeting management (Conduct, action point development & follow up, etc.)
  • Multi-tasking, Organize, prioritize task for CCXO & stakeholder
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, both in English & Thai
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and interpersonal skills
