Job Summary

Act as the finance business partner for Commercial Business Units by supporting planning, forecasting, performance monitoring, cost governance, financial analysis, target variance analysis, cost optimization, and business case evaluation to drive cost efficiency, identify key issues, recommend resolutions, and support informed decision-making.

Job Responsibilities*

• Prepare monthly performance report with variance and drivers/ deep-dive anaysis to define opportunities for new inititiaves and further optimization for gap closing
• Work with responsible departments to generate monthly/quarterly forecast (develop template, prepare projection (if needed), gather information)  with understanding on cost drivers and plans.
• Provide support/assist users on process/control in identifying and executing Operational Excellence initiatives in coordination with relevant teams to ensure the company target will be achieved.
• Verify budget request/fund request for expenses and CAPEX.
• Contribute to various strategic projects, including business case development, post-implementation evaluations, and capex investment analysis to drive revenue growth and/or cost efficiency.
• Advise financial information and solve any issue to all affected parties. Liaise with Finance, Accounting and Operations to ensure overall problem solving including ad-hoc supports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of full-time experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), financial analysis, or a related area
• Professional certification in Finance or Accounting would be an advantage
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English is a must
