Job Summary

Lead an agile AI & Automation development team, overseeing all stages from planning and execution to resource management and daily operation. Ensure on-time, within-scope project delivery that meets business objectives. Drive solution design, development, and implementation of automation tools and technologies (e.g. AI and machine learning, RPA, database), collaborating with cross functional teams to address business needs. Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging automation technologies and best practices to provide actionable insight and drive for decision-making.

Job Responsibilities*

  • Lead the agile development team, ensuring projects meet quality and timeline targets based on business requirements
  • Manage the Implementation of automation solutions (e.g. AI and machine learning, RPA, database), starging from design, develop, configuation, testing and deployment to address both business objectives and technical needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internal and external (e.g. vendor) to analyze needs and provide solutions in order to develop and execute project plans, remaining flexible and adapting them to changing requirements
  • Explore and drive for the adoption of new technologies to address more complex processes/business requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study, or equivalent work experience.

  • Proven experience in IT project management, managing AI or data-driven projects.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Software Development, with at least 2 years working in agile methodology.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in AI/ML solution development, model deployment, or automation using AI technologies.

  • Strong knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning frameworks, and cloud AI services (e.g., Azure AI, Google AI, or AWS AI). Familiarity with databases and digitalization tools is a plus.
  • Good interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
