Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Strategy and Strategic Content Initiatives Specialist to join our team. This dual-role position involves defining and developing content strategies for our streaming platform while leading special initiatives that have the potential to drive significant impact for the company and the broader group. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital content landscape, exceptional strategic thinking skills, and a proactive approach to driving innovative content initiatives.

Job Responsibilities*

Content Strategy:

  • Content Planning and Development: Develop and refine content strategies that align with the platform’s vision, audience needs, and business objectives. Identify content gaps and opportunities, and propose new content types and formats to enhance user engagement and potentially uplift revenue opportunities
  • Audience Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand audience preferences, behaviors, and trends. Use insights to inform content decisions and optimize the content offering to drive user engagement and retention
  • KPI Setting and Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for content initiatives, ensuring they align with overall business objectives. Regularly review and adjust KPIs based on performance data and strategic goals
  • Content Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of content across the platform, using data to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
  • Collaborative Content Creation: Work closely with content creators, producers, platform and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with strategic goals and is optimized for various distribution channels and platforms

 

Strategic Content Initiatives:

  • Initiative Development: Identify and evaluate new content opportunities and special projects that have the potential to drive significant impact for the company and the group. Develop comprehensive plans to execute these initiatives, including defining objectives, scope, and success metrics
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, product, data analytics, and partnerships, to ensure alignment and support for strategic content initiatives
  • Project Management: Lead the execution of special content initiatives, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
  • Innovation and Experimentation: Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging creative thinking and experimentation with new content formats, distribution methods, and audience engagement strategies
  • Impact Assessment: Evaluate the success of strategic content initiatives, analyzing their impact on business goals and making recommendations for future initiatives based on learnings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related role, preferably within the digital media or streaming industry
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Proven experience in developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement and growth
  • Experience in setting and measuring KPIs for content performance and strategic initiatives
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends
  • Proficiency in content management systems, analytics tools, and project management software
  • Strong in communication both English and Thai
