Job Summary

Job Responsibilities*

Social Content Strategy & Creation

  • Develop, execute, and optimize social media content plans, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and campaign strategies.
  • Translate campaign big ideas into engaging content tailored for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X, and other platforms.
  • Create, shoot, and edit short-form video content using mobile devices, particularly for TikTok and Reels.
  • Feature in videos when necessary to add authenticity and relatability to the content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance content quality, engagement, and reach.
  • Support the marketing team with KOL and influencer briefings and execution.

Platform & Performance Analysis

  • Act as a channel owner, engaging with users, growing online communities, and providing actionable insights.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance to optimize future strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Leverage social listening tools (e.g., Wisesight) to track trends, measure content effectiveness, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Research competitor activities and emerging trends to stay ahead in the digital space.
  • Understand target audience behaviors across different platforms to create tailored, high-impact content.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in social media management with a strong track record in content creation and community growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven ability to manage and create engaging content across TikTok (primary focus), Facebook, Instagram, and X.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
  • Experience with social media advertising (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and social listening tools.
  • Creative mindset with a strong understanding of visual design and brand storytelling.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
