Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Analytics Project Management (APM) team. Our mandate in the APM team is to manage large scale True Analytics projects (Analytics Products, Custom Analytics Solutions, Data Sharing/Integration, and so on) as well as key constants set of projects in project management pipeline and also take role in delivering projects such as business process improvement and transformation to both internal, external, and CP synergy users.
Job Responsibilities*
As an Project Manager, you will be in charge of assisting Analytics business owners in leading large scale of Analytics, preparing project plans, and collaborating with the project team and Analytics team (Data Science, Data Engineer, and Data Model) to identify key steps, resources, time frames, and activities. You will serve as a liaison between various departments within the company and relevant third parties, as well as manage the day-to-day activities of project implementations within the framework established by the project sponsors and other relevant stakeholders. You may also be in charge of gathering business requirements, analyzing business needs, and making recommendations for providing appropriate business analytics solutions, if necessary. You also respond to requests for assistance with project planning, tracking, documentation, and status updates. The necessary skills to succeed in this role are listed below; however, it is not expected that all candidates have in-depth knowledge of every skill.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, IT or related fields

Minimum 7 years of experience in project management/process improvement delivery.

Experience in managing cross functions both internal and external parties e.g. vendors and consultants.

Experience leading data analysis/data management projects, a passion for analytics, a desire to make an impact to connect with stakeholders

Experience producing software development scope/specification documentation

Knowledge of product development and product lifecycles

Strong understanding of delivery project, Project Management or Agile/Waterfall project management.

Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high energy, team-oriented environment.

Ability to weigh business and technical requirements to produce project plans and estimates.

Ability to develop strong relationships within the company and with third parties.

Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills and able to work effectively with colleagues from different department.

Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure.

Strong communication skill in both Thai and English.
