Job Summary

As the Product Owner for Loyalty & Privileges, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our customer loyalty program and associated privileges. Your role will be crucial in driving customer retention, increasing user engagement, and creating added value for our subscribers across True Digital Media's ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities*

Product Strategy and Roadmap: 

- Develop and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Loyalty & Privileges program for TrueID

- Align the loyalty program with overall business objectives and customer retention strategies

- Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the loyalty space

 

Feature Development and Prioritization: 

- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, business value, and market trends

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure an intuitive and engaging user experience

- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams

- Collaborate with the AI team to implement personalized rewards and recommendations Leverage machine learning to predict customer behavior and tailor loyalty offerings

 

Stakeholder Management: 

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, business development, customer service, and technology 

- Engage with external partners to develop valuable privileges and rewards 

- Communicate product plans, priorities, and progress to senior management and stakeholders

 

Data-Driven Decision Making: 

- Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions and measure the impact of loyalty initiatives

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the loyalty program

- Conduct A/B testing to optimize features and user engagement 

- Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand needs, pain points, and opportunities

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive loyalty programs 

- Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure the program meets customer expectations

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any field

- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in loyalty programs, e-commerce, or digital services 

- Strong understanding of customer loyalty concepts, best practices, and emerging trends 

- Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

- Experience with CRM systems and loyalty program software is a plus 

- Familiarity with digital media industry, e-commerce, or tech-startups is advantageous
