Job Responsibilities*

Manage the TrueID Platform team’s projects to ensure timely delivery, risk identification, and escalations.

• Working with Product owner and Engineering Manager to break the project into tasks/user stories

• Setting an appropriate timeline for the development of certain deliverables

• Tracking the project progress and issues

• Highlighting the project dependencies.

Lead the team to achieve a common goal.

Liaise with internal stakeholders including product owners,engineering manager, content managers, and marketing managers, to keep track of project progress and issues.

Drive the agile process and provide mentoring and training to the team members.

Be the key point of contact for technical questions, concerns, and feedback that can come from various stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Computer, IT, Stats, or Engineering degree is preferred

• Over 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager with deep knowledge into software development technologies

• Understanding software development processes and procedures

• Understanding machine learning processes and procedures

• Expert in project tracking, roadmap planning, product backlog

• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, negotiate and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
