Specialist, Commercial Analyst - Postpaid Convergence

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities*

• Understand business objectives and be able to use varied data sources to develop management reports, draw insights and provide recommendations with a clear call to action.
• Support data and analysis for management report on daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Provide ad-hoc analysis report as per enquiry for business decisions
• Provide strategic analysis on Postpaid and TrueOnline portfolio, competitive analysis, and revenue driven insights to maximize the value and ensure revenue development
• Report post campaign evaluation results and identify improvement opportunities
• Work closely with data warehouse team to understand database structure with varying complicity to lead effective analysis delivery
• Be proficient with one or more data analysis tools / BI platforms and be flexible to learn more on the job to be able to solve the problem at hand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, statistics, marketing or related.
• Practical experience in data analysis or equivalent experiences.
• Familiar with common software tools for data analysis tools including Excel / Tableau/ BI Tools.
• Ability to communicate complex information effectively in report form
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in Telecom is desirable.
