Job Summary

Expanding and strengthening the company’s sales channel network to increase market coverage, improve customer accessibility, and drive revenue growth including identifying new channel opportunities, True Friend channel strategic planning , developing strategic partnerships, improving channel performance, and ensuring sustainable growth of the distribution network.

Job Responsibilities*

1.Channel Expansion Strategy
- Develop and implement strategies to expand sales channels and distribution networks including True Friend channel
- Identify potential markets, territories, and locations for new channel partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor channel strategies to identify opportunities.
2. Partner Acquisition & Onboarding 
- Conduct partner evaluation and selection processes.
- Manage onboarding activities including contracts, system access, and operational setup.
3. True Friend Model Operation & Development 
- Manage True Friend Campaign Readiness by coordinating with BUs and improve sales processes including competitive benchmarking to achieved business target
- Manage the end-to-end MOU process, including agreement preparation, KPI verification, and target commitment tracking. 
4. Market Coverage Optimization
- Monitor channel coverage and identify gaps in market penetration.
- Recommend strategies to improve geographic and customer segment coverage.
- Ensure efficient channel distribution aligned with sales targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in prepaid retail channel management, identifying and developing new sales channels or market opportunities.
