Specialist, Performance Monitoring & Analysis

Job Summary

• Collaborate with stakeholders to project subsidy spending, and set quarterly target.
• Analyze business performance across products and channels.
• Assess business proposals for financial feasibility and strategic alignment.
• Review and control inventory budget requests and spending as product sales controller.

• Work with other cross functional stakeholders, responsible to provide financial projection of subsidy spending

• Perform the financial assessment of business proposals from Product and Segment owners in order to ensure financial feasibility, strategic consistency, cross-segment alignment and spending efficiency

Qualifications

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Experience in Telco business is preferred
• Over 5 years experience in finance

Skill and knowledge

• Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Collaborative mind set with the ability to work within cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Excel, and data visualization tools
• Strong problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach
