Job Summary
Network Rollout and Field Operations plays a critical role in expanding network infrastructure across key strategic business areas, particularly the EEC, which serves as a major hub for industrial and corporate businesses. We are seeking a dedicated professional to effectively engage and build relationships with senior executives across corporate segments, including industrial estate developers and operators.
In addition, the function has been assigned to establish and lead a safety and security unit in collaboration with the security organization under CP Group. Given the strategic importance, complexity, and cross-functional nature of these responsibilities, there is a clear need for a Senior-level position to provide leadership, drive executive engagement, and ensure the successful execution of these critical initiatives.
Job Responsibilities*
- Lead Site Safety & Security Taskforce
• Lead the Site Safety & Security Taskforce to develop and execute comprehensive site safety and theft prevention strategies.
• Collaborate closely with CP Security Office, Police, FSO, and Track #B Partners to strengthen site security, prevent theft, and ensure rapid incident response.
• Drive proactive risk identification, prevention measures, and corrective actions with a target of zero major theft incidents. - Lead HSS Forum
• Represent the Network Group in the HSS (Health, Safety & Security) Forum.
• Drive the development and execution of the network safety culture and improvement plan in collaboration with key strategic partners.
• Monitor safety performance, identify key risks, and drive preventive actions toward the target of zero accidents. - Lead B2B Site Acquisition
• Lead B2B site acquisition initiatives, covering industrial estates and corporate customers.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with industrial estate developers, landlords, and corporate customers to secure strategic network sites.
• Collaborate with B2B, Network, and other stakeholders to develop integrated solutions and accelerate site acquisition and network deployment.
• Drive timely site acquisition to support business growth and network rollout targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related fields
- Master’s degree is an advantage
- 10+ years of relevant experience in telecommunications or related industries
- Experience working with industrial estates, corporate customers, government agencies, or large enterprise stakeholders is highly preferred
- Good communication in English
- Ability to translate business requirements into network/infrastructure strategies
- Strong relationship-building skills with Industrial estate developers, corporate customers, Government agencies and local authorities
