Job Summary

Advertising & Marketing Communications is focused on increasing product/brand awareness in the market, creating a brand image for targeted customers, and implementing promotional programs including:

  • Creating and/or coordinating the production of advertising and promotional materials based on predetermined marketing themes and messages (e.g., logos, flyers, billboards, television commercials, radio ads, digital advertising, etc.)
  • Identifying the optimal mix of advertising and promotional channels that align with defined customer market segmentation and buyer personas (i.e., television, radio, online, etc.)
  • Managing in-store promotions and clarifying promotion terms with retailers
  • Managing conferences/congresses/events and coordinating brand promotional merchandise (e.g., mugs, bags, pens, etc.)
  • Measuring advertising and promotion effectiveness for return-on-investment
  • Job Responsibilities*

    1. Lead Communication for Mobile and Device Campaigns
    • Develop and execute communication campaign for the mainstream mobile/ device only and device bundling packages.
    • Ensure all communication materials align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences across multiple platforms (digital, online, social media).
    1. Manage & Implement IMC Campaigns for Assigned Projects
    • Plan and execute integrated marketing communication (IMC) strategies for assigned projects, including ATL, BTL, digital, social media, and on-ground activations.
    • Assigned Projects: Mobile /device only and device bundling packages, Mobile Number Portability (MNP), Prepaid to Postpaid migration (Pre to Post)
    1. Join with media team to create and execute digital and online communication campaigns, including social media, websites, and other digital platforms. Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize engagement and effectiveness.
    1. Collaborate Cross-Functionally
    • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, sales, operations) and external agencies (creative  & production agency) to ensure brand consistency and impactful messaging. Facilitate communication and alignment between departments to ensure the timely execution of campaigns and seamless project management.

     

    Qualifications

    Qualification

    Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication field

    Experience

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or related roles.
    • Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation,
    • with a focus on driving customer engagement and conversions.

    Skill and Knowledge

    -Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing projects and

    teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.

    -Demonstrated ability to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (IMC),

    coordinating efforts across ATL, BTL, digital, and social media platforms.

    -Campaign Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee

    campaigns from ideation to execution and performance evaluation.

    -Cross-functional Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with

    internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, sales, operations) and external agencies.
