Specialist - Student segment
This benchmark is to be used for employees with hybrid responsibilities across the Job family or employees who cannot be matched to a specific job in the Job family.
Job Responsibilities*
1. Lead the student segment across all potential sub-groups
2. Lead E2E short-medium plan (up to 1 year) for the segment according to company's Must-win-battle direction (from strategies & tactics development, total plan / projects sign-off by management until execution of the plan and post-evaluation
3. Lead the gathering and analysis of segment's insights / trends / market movements as well as segment's performance to achieve in-depth understanding and be able to convert those into meaningful plan & activities
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams, both internal & external parties, to deliver plans & projects as per committed OTIF (on-time in full)
5. Supervise and develop junior team members' capability, ensuring assigned tasks are being delivered OTIF
6. Own budget planning & management as per given

- 7 years++ experience in marketing, at least 2 years in manager/ senior manager position with subordinate(s) - Experiences in student / teen related target groups will be a plus - Proficient in English communication |
