Specialist, Marketing Information Enablement
Job Summary
This role will analyze, develop, and deliver insights from marketing-related data sources across business units to support performance tracking and strategic decision-making and be responsible for building data marts, developing dashboards and conducting data analytics to enhance business visibility and marketing efficiency.
Job Responsibilities*
Data Preparation: Develop and maintain datamarts from multiple internal sources
Reporting & Dashboard: Design and deliver recurring dashboards and ad hoc reports (Qlik Sense, Tableau).
Data Analysis: Conduct quantitative analysis to uncover insights and business opportunities, and transform complex findings into compelling, actionable stories that inform and influence decision-making.
Business Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Datawarehouse to align data needs and KPIs.
Enhancement & Documentation: Ensure data dictionary and process documentation are up to date.
Qualifications
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in data analytics, MIS, or BI roles.
- Experiences in Data Analytics, BI Tools, SQL Certification would be preferrable.
- Strong SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., Vertica)
- Familiar with data visualization tools (Qlik Sense, Tableau).
- Knowledge of marketing data/metrics is a plus.
- Critical thinking, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication.
