Specialist, Investor Relations (IR)
Job Responsibilities*
- Investor Communications:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. Work with IR Head in serving as the key point of contact for investor inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Assist planning and organizing of investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and other events to showcase the company's performance and growth prospects. Help prepare executives for investor presentations and Q&A sessions.
- Financial Reporting:
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare and disseminate financial reports, earnings releases, presentations, and other materials for investors and analysts. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, marketing, and executive teams, to ensure alignment on messaging and strategy. Support matters related to corporate governance, including proxy statements, annual meetings, and compliance with regulatory requirements such as SEC filings.
- Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute investor relations strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, competitor analysis, and investor feedback. Monitor financial markets, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities. Analyze shareholder ownership patterns and investor sentiment to inform decision-making
