Job Summary
Lead the growth of International Roaming (IR) by developing strategic partnerships and launching new business initiatives that enhance customer experience, expand service capabilities, and maximize commercial value through both domestic and international collaborations.

Develop New Growth and Strategic Partnership Strategy
Formulate and drive the overall growth strategy for International Roaming through new business models and partnerships. Focus on differentiating the service value proposition and enhancing customer experience via commercial deals, value-added services, and global privileges. Key initiatives include: Global eSIM (GO World), Travel Wallet (Global Privileges), Roaming On Board (In-flight and Cruise Wi-Fi), Satellite Roaming -
Build and Manage Strategic Business Relationships
Foster and manage strategic partnerships with over 50 key organizations across sectors such as insurance, airlines, travel, and lifestyle. Lead negotiations and collaboration planning to secure exclusive benefits for IR customers. Notable partners include: Insurance: FWD, TIP, dSurance, Airlines: AirAsia, Thai Airways, Cathay Pacific, Singapore Airlines, Emirates, Qatar Airways, Lifestyle & Travel: Grab, AOT, Mitsui Japan, Shinsegae Korea, Jumbo Limousine Taiwan, K11 Hong Kong, Jego Trip China -
Execute Go-To-Market (GTM) Plans
Develop and implement GTM strategies for new products, services, and partnership initiatives under IR Outbound. Focus on customer acquisition, retention, brand perception, and experience enhancement. -
Manage Stakeholder Engagement
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align on objectives, drive execution, and ensure delivery of high-quality service and business outcomes. -
Campaign & Budget Management
Lead marketing budget planning and execution, including tracking expenditures and evaluating the performance of over 50 IR campaigns to ensure return on investment. -
Oversee Global Network Rollout & Partnerships
Collaborate with over 700 international roaming partners to support rollout of 5G, 4G, 3G/2G, voice, and SMS services. Ensure reliable connectivity for Thai and international tourists. Key partners include: China Mobile (China), Telenor Group (Norway), NTT Docomo (Japan), KT Corporation (South Korea), FET (Taiwan), Hutchison (Hong Kong), and StarHub (Singapore). -
Lead Network Implementation & Testing
Manage end-to-end processes for network activation including testing, launch readiness, and inventory oversight to ensure timely and seamless service deployment.
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business Management, Commerce, Economics, or a related field

2–4 years of experience in the telecommunications, marketing, commercial, or related industries with a demonstrated track record of success

Hands-on experience in product management

Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical capabilities

Proven ability to manage, track, and resolve multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
