Specialist, International Business Product Development

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Specialist, International Business Product Development to join our team. This role is pivotal in the end-to-end development of our international business products, ensuring their seamless integration and success across various channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product development, coordinating cross-functional teams, and resolving product-related challenges to enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities*

1. Product Development:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather comprehensive business requirements for IT development.

• Review and approve system requirement specifications to ensure alignment with business needs.

• Lead and participate in product testing, reviewing test results to ensure functionality and quality.

• Oversee the successful launch of products across designated channels.

2. Product Configuration:

• Work closely with IT to define product configuration requirements for seamless implementation.

• Conduct rigorous testing to ensure that configurations meet all specified requirements.

• Ensure smooth product launch and integration across relevant platforms.

3. Product Issue Resolution & Policy Development:

• Address and resolve product-related issues to maintain optimal functionality and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and implement product policies to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints.

• Continuously improve product quality and provide actionable solutions to elevate customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sciences, Engineering, or related fields.

•  3–5 years of experience in product development, business analysis, or a related field, ideally within mobile services.

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
