Job Summary

Specialist, New Growth & Insurance is responsible for driving revenue growth and brand awareness by executing integrated marketing and go-to-market initiatives for insurance and new growth offerings. The role partners closely with ecosystem partners, insurance agents, sales teams, and internal marketing stakeholders to drive demand generation through events, campaigns, and digital activations, ensuring effective lead generation and optimal cost per lead performance. This role contributes across the product and campaign lifecycle, from feasibility assessment and customer insight to launch and optimization, while monitoring market and industry trends to inform strategy. Success requires strong cross-functional collaboration, effective stakeholder engagement, and disciplined execution to help scale platforms, support product launches, and deliver measurable commercial results.

Job Responsibilities*

  • Define and implement marketing strategies and campaigns through collaboration with ecosystem partners, insurance agents, sales agents, and marketing team members.
  • Drive insurance sales and brand awareness through events and marketing initiatives that engage target audience groups.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, testing, analysis, and optimization of content marketing campaigns, digital sponsorships, paid media buys, speaking engagements, and events to ensure a positive cost per lead ratio and drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Monitor emerging trends within the insurance and marketing industry, providing relevant reports to executive management.
  • Track marketing campaigns, events, e-marketing, subscriber lists, and other necessary information in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the graphic design team to complete marketing campaign materials and other collateral.
  • Build and maintain business relationships with current and potential partners at the executive management level.
  • Maintain and update marketing and business development documentation.
  • Drive collaboration with stakeholders to achieve goals.
  • Manage all stages of the product life cycle from ideation through launch and optimization.
  • Conduct research on customer preferences with stakeholders.
  • Create and execute marketing plans and campaigns to maximize revenue and scale the platform.
  • Launch go-to-market initiatives with stakeholders.
  • Influence other business units to support business and marketing campaign launches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a similar field.
  • Experience in insurance is a must.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present and explain ideas to various audiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
