Specialist, Digital Gaming Business

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities*

• Responsible for P&L, Strategy, and Operations of Gaming businesses.
• Lead the Gaming business from end-to-end, including special projects.
• Oversee gaming-related communications.
• Collaborate with internal parties, including own-channel and partnered channels, to ensure gaming propositions are well presented to customers.
• Lead business development, both commercial and technical, to secure new growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in leading teams, with a minimum of 3 years in the Gaming industry, specializing in commercials, product management, and/or business development.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, management, economics, or related fields. MBA/Masters preferred but not required.
• Strong track record of strategizing and implementing go-to-market plans, including but not limited to GTM Strategy, Communications, and Executions, preferably in the digital marketing domain. Digital marketing and media experience will be highly valued.
• Proficiency in three or more of the following areas: Growth hacking, Project Management, Strategic Planning, Marketing, Operations, Business Development, Innovation Management.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning.
• Proven track record of strong project management abilities.
• Strong emphasis on innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Growth hacking experience will be a strong advantage.
• Strong command of English. Chinese language skills are a strong advantage.
