Job Summary
Support the growth and commercialization of B2C cybersecurity services by managing product development, go‑to‑market execution, and customer value proposition enhancement. Drive product adoption, customer acquisition, and revenue growth by translating cybersecurity capabilities into simple, customer‑centric solutions and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver effective product launches and ongoing performance optimization. The role requires a strong balance of business, technology, and customer experience perspectives to support the expansion of True's digital services portfolio.
Job Responsibilities*
- Manage the lifecycle and performance of B2C cybersecurity products and services, including product roadmap planning, value proposition development, and business performance tracking.
- Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and emerging cybersecurity trends to support the development and enhancement of consumer cybersecurity offerings.
- Execute go-to-market (GTM) plans, including product packaging, pricing, promotions, bundling strategies, and commercialization initiatives across various customer channels.
- Monitor product performance, adoption, and revenue metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize growth and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with UX, Digital, Analytics, and Marketing teams to improve customer journeys, conversion rates, activation, and retention.
- Translate technical cybersecurity capabilities into clear, customer-centric propositions, communications, and user experiences.
- Support business case development, revenue forecasting, and performance analysis for new product initiatives and enhancements.
- Coordinate with cybersecurity vendors, business units, and technical teams to ensure successful product launches, service operations, and ongoing product improvements.
- Work closely with Technology and Engineering teams to prioritize requirements, support product releases, and ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and security standards.
- Support operational readiness, channel enablement, and stakeholder alignment to ensure the successful delivery and growth of cybersecurity services.
Qualifications
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Master’s degree is an advantage
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Go-to-Market (GTM), Digital Services, Commercial Management, or related roles
- Experience managing consumer (B2C) digital products or services, preferably within telecommunications, technology, cybersecurity, or subscription-based businesses
- Experience supporting product launches, commercialization, customer acquisition, and growth initiatives
- Familiarity with cybersecurity products and services such as endpoint security, identity protection, fraud protection, VPN, privacy protection, or digital safety solutions is preferred
- Experience working in cross-functional environments and collaborating with business, technology, marketing, and vendor teams
