Specialist, Digital Content (Entertainment & Lifestyle)

Job Summary

The Entertainment & Lifestyle Specialist will lead the growth and development of True’s entertainment and lifestyle digital content business. This role focuses on driving new partnerships, managing key relationships, and enhancing customer engagement, ultimately contributing to revenue growth in a fast-evolving market.

Job Responsibilities*

• Business Development: Lead the growth of True’s entertainment and lifestyle partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Oversee the financial and operational performance of new and existing partnerships, driving both gross and net revenue growth.

• Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategies for the entertainment and lifestyle vertical, ensuring alignment with True’s long-term goals and operational efficiency. Drive product and service innovation to stay competitive in the market.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product development, and operations) and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of entertainment offerings and campaigns. Lead special projects to drive customer engagement and brand growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields (Master’s preferred but not required).

• Proven experience in business development roles within entertainment, lifestyle, digital media, or tech/telco sectors, with a track record of growth management.

• Exceptional commercial and partner management skills.

• Strategic thinking and ability to balance short-term and long-term growth objectives.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.

• Chinese language proficiency (in addition to English) is an advantage.
