Specialist, Device Strategic Improvement
Job Summary
To be an important member for Device Performance Intelligence Team and will focus on analyzing device performance data, market trends to develop strategic initiatives that enhance our device portfolio and drive sales growth.
Create device performance report (Daily, Weekly, Monthly):
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to device performance, Gadget performance, sale trend to users in Retail business team.
Get requirement & generate performance report:
- Collect users’ requirements & prepare Report: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators to support product/ device marketing and synergy team.
Collaboration:
-Collaborate with related teams including Data warehouse, MIS team in case we have new report requirement and need new data pipeline to feed into new report.

Job Responsibilities*
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to device performance, sales trends, and customer behavior and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators to support product/ device marketing and synergy team
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, highlighting insights and strategic recommendations.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends, customer behavior to define and improve device strategy.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and refine device strategies that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, marketing, and finance to gather input, understand business objectives, and align product strategies with overall company goals to develop and refine device strategies.
- Present clear and actionable device recommendations to senior management. Communicate business insights and device strategy in a concise and understandable manner.
Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytic or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in business intelligence (BI), data analysis.
Possess work experience in Telco business is preferred.
Skill and Knowledge:
- Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
