Specialist, Device Strategic Improvement (BI-Data Analyst)
Job Summary
As a key member of the Device Performance Intelligence Team, you'll be responsible for analyzing device performance data and market trends to develop strategic initiatives that enhance our device portfolio and boost sales growth. You'll create and maintain essential performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data on device and gadget performance, as well as sales trends. This role requires close collaboration with the Retail business team, and other relevant teams like Data Warehouse and MIS, especially when developing new reports or data pipelines.
Job Responsibilities*
- Analyze Performance Data: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data related to device performance, sales trends, and customer behavior to pinpoint opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Develop Reporting & Dashboards: Design and maintain insightful dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs), directly supporting our product/device marketing and synergy teams.
- Present Strategic Insights: Prepare compelling presentations and reports for senior management, effectively highlighting key insights and actionable strategic recommendations.
- Conduct Market & Competitive Research: Perform in-depth market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends and customer behavior, informing and refining our device strategy.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner actively with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, marketing, and finance, to gather essential input, understand business objectives, and align device strategies with overall company goals.
- Communicate & Recommend: Present clear, concise, and actionable device recommendations to senior management, communicating complex business insights and device strategy in an easily understandable manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence (BI) or data analysis. Prior experience in the Telco business is preferred.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
