Job Summary

Responsible for the SIM & Device Portfolio for the Business segment (Enterprise and SME). The role drives product strategy and inventory management across all device categories — smartphones, tablets, notebooks, IoT, and accessories — to serve corporate customers efficiently. The position also manages vendor/supplier relationships to secure competitive costs, marketing benefits, and sales leads for the True Business B2B channel.

Job Responsibilities*

Product Strategy & Revenue Generation

  • Develop and execute product plans to achieve revenue targets through device bundling
  • Work closely with vendors/suppliers to drive sales plans, forecasting, and marketing benefit programs
  • Build and maintain strong vendor/supplier relationships to generate sales leads

Drive Revenue & Margin Growth

  • Register key deals and request special programs or campaigns with vendors
  • Negotiate device costs and after-sales service terms (e.g., extended warranty) in compliance with project TOR
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to create new product launch campaigns

Budget Control & Efficiency Improvement

  • Monitor sales performance against forecast to ensure timely budget requests and uninterrupted procurement
  • Improve inventory planning to control aging stock and align with company goals

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years in sales & product marketing in a B2B channel role (Telco industry experience is an advantage)
  • Strong grasp of market trends and technology advancements; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strategic and analytical mindset; ability to work under pressure; proven cross-functional influencing capability
