Job Summary

Strategic Execution & Performance Analyst is responsible for monitoring and tracking strategic initiatives across the company, ensuring they contribute to Must-Win Battles. The role involves analyzing business performance metrics to provide actionable insights for management, working closely with the Transformation Team and business groups to resolve dependency-related issues, and developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track the progress of strategic initiatives. Additionally, the analyst provides support to the Head of Corporate Planning in performance reviews and strategic meetings, helping to drive informed decision-making.

Job Responsibilities*

  • Initiative Tracking: Monitor and track strategic initiatives across the company, ensuring they contribute to Must-Win Battles.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze business performance metrics and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Dependency Resolution: Work with the Transformation Team and business groups to address issues related to dependencies.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on the progress of strategic initiatives.
  • Support Management: Assist the Head of Corporate Planning in performance reviews and strategic meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 5 years in strategic planning, performance analysis, or project management.
  • Analytical Skills: Expertise in data interpretation and performance metrics.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to address challenges related to cross-functional dependencies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with performance management tools and software.
