Job Summary
Senior Corporate Strategist drives long-term strategic planning aligned with the CEO's vision and Must-Win Battles. This role involves conducting in-depth market research, analyzing industry trends, and assessing the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities. The strategist ensures cross-functional alignment, managing dependencies across business groups, and works closely with CxOs to integrate strategies into actionable business plans. Additionally, they support the Head of Corporate Planning in executing key strategic projects and initiatives that position the company for sustained success in the telecommunications industry.
Job Responsibilities*
- Strategy Development: Develop and update long-term strategic plans aligned with the CEO's vision and Must-Win Battles.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, analyze industry trends, and assess the competitive landscape.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Identify and manage dependencies among business groups impacting strategic initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with CxOs to integrate strategies into business plans and resolve strategic issues.
- Strategic Projects: Support the Head of Corporate Planning in executing strategic projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in corporate strategy or management consulting.
- Financial Acumen: Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data and market dynamics.
- Collaboration: Excellent skills in managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Communication: Proficient in articulating strategic concepts clearly and persuasively.
