Job Summary

Corporate Branding & Experiential Marketing is responsible for developing and executing branding strategies and immersive marketing experiences that elevate the company’s image, engage target audiences, and strengthen brand equity. This role blends strategic thinking with creative execution, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints while delivering memorable experiences that resonate with customers and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities*

Brand Leadership & Communications

- Lead the creative direction and voice of the brand across corporate, retail, and digital touchpoints.

- Author, manage, and govern the CI guideline and brand book to ensure consistency and storytelling at every touchpoint.

Brand Experience & Environments

- Establish brand guidelines for all touchpoints, covering communication hierarchy, visibility, and brand image.

- Define retail strategy, positioning, and store concepts across multiple formats.

- Design customer journeys with consumer-centric layouts and experiences that increase navigation clarity and conversion.

- Initiate retail visibility and activation plans to build awareness and drive sales.

- Create festive/seasonal ambience for key campaigns and launches.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, Business, or related field.

- 5+ years in Brand Communication/Retail Business/Experience design.

- Proven experience leading Brand CI/Strategy and Campaign activations launch at touchpoint.

- Strong project management and vendor management across design, build, and installation.

- Proficiency with design and planning tools, and comfort with retail analytics dashboards.
